Who is Keats Snideman?
Keats Snideman has been involved in the personal training, massage, and sports performance industries since 1995.
Over the years he was worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life including professional business people, retired individuals, amateur and professional athletes, weekend warriors, and those in pain and recovering from injury.
He received a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, is a certified strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, is a licensed massage therapist in the state of AZ, and also holds certifications as a Neuromuscular Therapist, a Level 1 USATF coach (track and field), a USAW (Olympic weightlifting coach), Russian Kettlebell instructor (RKC), and has taken many other courses and certifications over the years.
As a skeptical and critical thinker, Keats is always challenging himself to improve his skills to help others and most recently, is enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Northern Arizona University (Phoenix Campus) with an upcoming graduation date of December, 2017.
Lifelong learning is a passion of Keats’ and he plans to go on to more training in an science-based approach to applying manual therapy utilizing modern pain science principles for both athletic and non-athletic people alike.
